Need: Dedicated Driver
Hiring area: 50 mi radius of Noel MO, Zip code:
Shift: Monday – Friday. Saturdays will be mandatory about 12-16 per times per year with extra pay.
Home time: Daily
Start Times: Start time will be between 0001-0200
Lanes: Drivers on this local job will operate in a 100-mile radius of Noel, MO
Required: Class A CDL in good standing; 3 months of OTR experience
Trailer type: Flatbed; Slip Seating Required

Freight: Live Load, Live Unload, Preload, Drop and Hook
Training: Pay: Driver will receive $200 per day during training – approximately 2 weeks. Training hours will start between 0000-0300
Pay: $1,150 pay guarantee for the first eight weeks! .32 cpm (avg 1000-1100 miles/wk) (Yearly increase of $0.01 cpm per year up to $0.35 cpm). Averages $65K/yearly.
Extra pay: Drivers will be paid $110.00 bonus for Saturday shifts. $53.75 per load (avg 11.5/wk). (Yearly increase of $1 per year up to $55.00)
Driver PTO: Immediately (1.5 hours per week), 6th Anniversary (2.5 hours per week), 19th Anniversary (3 hours per week)
Holidays: Be Available to work, except Christmas Eligible for complete health benefits after just 30 days Online orientation 401(k) with company match.
